Gated Home Specialist

My background consists of a Business Unit Manager in a large Corporate Company for 37 years. (United Technology Corporation). During this time I also contracted and built several homes and became very familiar with the building trades from the site work through the concrete phase and all aspects of building a home. I bought and sold real estate both in Florida and Connecticut and became very knowledgeable on homes in Palm Coast especially in gated communities. My work experience, understanding of home construction and the ability to work with home buyers and sellers makes an excellent mix for a Sales Associate to guide customers in the right direction. I also have some very unique ideas to market homes by being computer orientated and original. I have lived in Palm Coast for over 8 years residing in a Gated Community (Grand Haven) at 9 Gleneagles Place. Contact me
